reminds me of leadership style of continuous improvement/kaizen companies. and obvious similarities to project management of the namesake open source software. given that information is free, how to do put yourself in a position to add real value? i'm excited to see how this develops. great stuff. hoping more politicians start to use more of these tactics too. is it a market necessity even? or if not, it will be soon.
